Why There's High Pitched Screeching Noise in my Galaxy Note GT-N7000?

Hello there Android Central.
First I would like to apologize if this has already been answered. but i didn't find it!
So I have a Samsung GT-N7000 Galaxy Note Rooted running the ICS 4.0.4 .

I just came to know high pitched screeching coming through my speakers when i play anything (Video,Music even during calls),
I thought that it's speaker's fault, I Plugged in Earphones, they also produced the same noise.
In Normal Carrier Call Everything goes fine,But When I do Skype or Viber, I hear that Screeching Noise..
IN SHORT: My Note's Sound system gone mad ..

This Problem occurred when i upgraded my GT-N7000 from ICS to 4.1.2 JB..
I thought it'd be a OS issue so i downgrade to ICS.
But problem remains there..

How loud is the sound? Is it enough to drown out what you're trying to listen to, or do you just hear it at lower volumes?
