I was set to wait for the OTA update thinking that my phone was good already and the OTA was just icing on the cake as far as I was concerned. But this weekend I decided to thow caution to the wind and go for it, so I rooted, updated ROM and the Radio (even went as far as unrEVOked forever) and updated the kernel. And talk about icing on the cake.... smokin' fast and smoother UI all around. I'm lovin' it!!

I'm definitely glad I took the plunge.

I'd love to root and install a Froyo ROM. Unfortunately my company owns my Inc so I can't mess with it. It's sad that my G1 I use for messing around has 2.2 and my Inc doesn't.
