Send a private message to the moderator who sent you that message with questions. I'm assuming you mean 'closed' and if so, it's probably because you made two threads with the same topic instead of just posting back in and adding to your original thread or searching for and adding to another existing thread on the same topic - but I'd recommend replying to the private message that you received.
