just downloaded photos from my wifes phone no adverts seen untill i opened on the pc there was 200 ad's

Welcome to Android Central! If you use Windows Explorer's Import Picture & Videos feature, you'll get every single image file that's on the phone, including cached images used by apps and ad networks. It's better to use Windows Explorer to manually select the photos you want to copy over (typically in the /DCIM/Camera directory).
