why when i zoom over 10.0 it's blurry?

s22U owner, when I zoom in on my camera over 10.0 it's so blurry and fuzzy you can only distinguish light and shadows. tried all the videos about correcting this problem. clean lens, yellow dot on screen, went into settings did a camera reset and still blurry. anyone have an idea?

I'm sorry you're having issues with the camera zoom.

Are you holding the phone extremely steady or using something to prop it up? Motion will be much more evident when using zoom.

What kind of light condition are you trying to take a photo in?

Both zoom lenses are on camera sensors significantly smaller than the primary lens and have smaller apertures, in anything but bright sun light or extremely bright light like outdoors on a sunny day they will degrade in quality and look grainy.

When you zoom past 10x it becomes a digital zoom as well which will further degrade quality, even in bright light I think the photos people post of things like 50x look like crap.

If you could post examples of photos you're taking it would help.
