Why will my bilt helmet not sync with my new galaxy 8 note?

I have a bilt bluetooth helmet that my galaxy 5 was connected to . when i changed phones my bluetooth works with everything but my helmet. I have tried everything. Have even taken it back to phone carrier. they tried to help with no luck. i Love riding motorcycle and listening to music... HELP>>>

Talk with Bilt and see which version of Bluetooth they use. Will helmet accept more than one input? Power cycle the helmet?

That is strange. My V20 was paired with my Sena 10U and now my Note 8 is. Works perfectly.

Maybe the helmet is paired with the maximum it can be. Try resetting the helmet to factory.
