Why will my coolpad catalyst not charge or turn on?

My coolpad catalyst just turned off one day and now it will not charge or turn back on. I have tried every suggestion that I have found online. I have held the buttons in each combination people have said. None of this stuff has worked for me. I also bougt a new battery and that did not work. What can I do now?
