Why will my taskbar clock freeze while im sleeping???

When I wake up in the morning, often times my alarm will have not gone off but it will be after the time it's supposed to go off. The lock screen clock will be fine, but when I put my pin in and sign in, the taskbar clock will be wrong. (Like 2:06 am when it's close to 6 am. Someone please help me! This is very annoying. (Also my phone has Android 7 if that helps)
