why won't apps install to SD card Samsung tablet

I have a Samsung Galaxy tab A with lollipop on it and 16GB internal memory and 64GB sd card. As of today I have 668 MB available on internal and 56.97GB on sd card. My question is when I go to install new apps the tablet says not enough space. If I move some of my apps to the sd card I then have enough space. Is there a way to directly install apps to the sd card?

Unfortunately not. You'll need to manually move the apps over to the SD card.

I did transfer all the possible app to mi 64 go sd card , but every time i shut off mi tablet , all of these are inoperative when i turn it back on, i have to remove mi card and push it back in it's slot and this reset it.
Mi question is , is that normal that i have to do it all the time and if the answerd is no, what do you beleive is defective, mi tablet is only two weeks old and still under warenty, the clerc where i bought it says it is ok but i doupt it....
