I have a TCL 30V 5G and the notifications, when clicked, do not open the app associated. Sometimes they will ALMOST open the app but never successfully (leads me to a black screen). Any suggestions on what I could try to do to resolve this?

Are you running a third party launcher?
This happens for all notifications, is there any app that opens?
How long has this been happening?
Have you restarted the phone?
As B. Diddy stated testing in Safe Mode is likely going to hold a big key to this.
