Why won't flash will turn off and and why won't my phone turn on?

Flash will not turn off and and phone wont turn on

I have no idea what to do. The flash wont turn off unless I take the battery out. Ive tried charging it but to no avail. Help?

Did you drop the phone or anything?
If not a cache wipe first. If that doesn't help a full factory reset.
