Why won't my battery charge on my Samsung Centura?

my battery wont charge on Samsung centura

When i plug the charger in my samsung centura it doesnt charge. Help

Check every link in the charging chain....wall socket, charger plug fuse, charger, USB lead, USB port, battery.
