Why won't my Beats Solo 3's pair to my Galaxy S8+?

Bought some solo 3's and I turn on the discovers mode on the beats and the visibility on my phone and still won't pair.

Does the phone see the headphones? Did you tap the line showing them to make it pair?

Unfortunately this is not something we can trouble shoot with alternative means. Either;

A) you don't know how to pair
B) headphones may be defective, pair headphones with another phone.
C) you would probably know if the phone was defective because nothing Bluetooth would work, so I will make c an "incompatibility " that is in the headphones firmware. Not fixable until Apple wants to.

Apple does own Beats and they're pretty well known for not making their devices play well with other brands.

Chan, I havnt heard this at all. wireless Air pods are a legit recommendation for android users.

I had this problem with my s9 plus, took a second to figure out but it was super easy. Get ready to use your beats. Turn the Beats on and hold the power button down until your headset resets and starts blinking. Now your phones bluetooth will be able to find them. You're welcome
