Why won't my "colorings" save to galery on Note 8?

[Android Central Question]

When I finish working on a "coloring" with the s-pen, I touch "Done" with the pen and have only 2 options - 1) Join the Penup Community ("Sign Up") and 2) decline the offer with "Later". I don't want to join the community right now, and "Later" basically just takes you back to the coloring image. I can't find anything else to do. Image does not seem to be saved anywhere, at least not where I can find. Definitely not in the Galery.
