Why wont my computer recognise my note 8 when i plug it into the computer.

Prior to updating to the latest software I could plug my phone into my computer and it would be detected and I could open up the files on my phone from my computer and drag and drop files. Since updating when I plug it in the phone will charge but my computer does not recognise it.

I've ensured usb debugger is checked
And the usb config is mtp

I've also tried 2 cables.

This was working prior to the update.

What's the current OS version on your phone? Did you try rebooting?
