Why won't my data transfer stop?

I just downloaded System Panel and I really like how it shows all the running specs on the phone. However I was a little confused when my 3g icon wouldn't turn off and the System Panel was consistently showing 100+ kpbs. I assume that was probably killing my battery pretty good.

Anyone know the cause of this?

Honestly I've had constant data transfer for the past 30 minutes. Seems odd? Anyone have a suggestion?

Do you have always on connection enabled?

Yeah ^^ Go to mobile network settings, and disable 3g mobile data always on.
