Yes i know most will say its not worth it and to go buy another one, but the time i invested and research i have done its worth the last hop to success&&plus its all i have at the moment. So i have a Ellipsis 8 tablet Verizon Wireless that is softbricked. I have tried every flashing tool most likely didnt do it correctly. But anyways it continuously boots into recovery asking to either update from ADB sideload or External SD which from my understanding SD function wont work. I have read to _init Vid/**** ID into ADB and that should be able to read it in ADB cmd. I dont want to intall a custom rom just get out of this recovery<3>. It reads MTP right now in my device manager but comes up as null in CMD. I have tried shell but dont get any response if anybody can drop any knowledge plz do I'm very frustrated but very adamant on fixing this error. Also how do I create a framework from SDK or binary sorry forgive me I'm a noob at all this but doing my best to learn as much as i can. From my understanding if i just create a bind or framework foreground ect. I can get this up and going just need a way to do it. PLZ HELP

Welcome to the forums. Was USB Debugging enabled before the tablet was softbricked?

Well... are the bases covered? Does the device successfully register with ADB? If you do a 'adb devices' do you get a fully registered device (you should see a hex code in the device listing).

Do you have a page you are following somewhere we can look at? Different devices often have slightly different expected behavior, some stuff might be disabled, changed, etc... Seeing as your tablet is a Verizon Wireless branded one, I am guessing Big Red fussed with a fair amount of the software. But slow down, and just try to give some detailed steps of what you are doing, what you see on the screen, etc...
