Why won't my Droid Turbo power up?

droid turbo wont power up

droid turbo when plugged in with factory charger it shows battery with lightning bolt,then vibrates, then shows battery with question mark in it, and was plugged in all night, wont power up, please help its thanks giving and no one can call me!!!

If you can, check that the battery is making good contact.
But it could mean that the battery has failed.

Try a different cable and charger. Even a different cable and your PC.

thanks but ive tried different chargers and computer, no luck, only had phone for a month ,have to bring it to a Verizon store tomorrow and get a knew one.

for future if anyone needs a factory reset,if you hold power button and volume down at the same time for 2 minutes it should work.it did not work for me and knew phone on the way ,thanks for your help.
