Why won't my droid ultra take a charge?

My phone had died last night, which it is no big deal. I tried plugging my phone into the car charger and it wasn't taking the charge. I tried two different wall chargers and still nothing. I looked on the forums and even left it plugged in over night and tried to turn it on this morning when I woke up. Nothing. Why won't my droid Ultra take a charge?

Perhaps the USB port connector is damaged, or some internal circuitry, or the battery.
