Why won't my Galaxy Note 3 charge?

[AC Question]

Galaxy Note 3 will not charge

when plugged in, I get the red light, and the lightening bolt showing its getting power- but battery doesn't charge. Tried 2 different batteries and 2 different cords- same result

A damaged or dirty USB port, perhaps?

Whats the history of the phone? any liquid damage, physical damage or been taken apart / repaired?
also how long did you let them try to charge?
What power source are you using? you mention different batteries and data cables but using the same power source?
