Why won't my Galaxy Note i717 come on?

I have a Galaxy Note 1 i717 I just changed the charging port and LCD screen but now it doesn't come on at all. Can someone PLEASE tell me what it could be or what I can check!
 
Welcome to Android Central! Did you replace things yourself, or did you bring it to a shop?
