After upgrading from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, my Samsung Galaxy S4 bluetooth won't connect to my notebook. Both devices are recognized and paired with each other, but when sending a file I get an error "Connection Failed" on my phone. I have rebooted both, unpaired and paired again. Both appear to be paired to each other, but won't connect and send files. I am a very low tech grandma, so any help in easy to understand terms is appreciated.
