The phone shows that the battery is charging when the battery percentage is not increasing at all. I switched out batteries, tried different chargers, talked to people etc. I got a replacement today and it will still not charge. BUT the batteries will charge in my older galaxy s4 that i broke and whose screen wont work. Just not these two new ones. Before last week i had no issues.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried different charging cables/wall plugs? Those components can fail. If that doesn't help, then it's possible the problem is with the microUSB port. Make sure there isn't any debris in there. If the port is faulty, you may have to bring it to a repair shop for replacement.
