why will my Galaxy S4 wont connect to the PC through a USB cable,

my S4 don't connect to PC via a USB cable it only charges when i try connecting it?

Whats the operating system your running?

Try using another port or cable (works most of the time)

There is a usb driver you can get from Samsung for your phone that goes on the PC. Also a windows program named KIES, Also available from Samsung

Also try different cables. All phones are not compatible with all cables and not compatible with all chargers!
