Why wont my galaxy s6 update it's software

I have a galaxy s6 and i got a notification about a software update I downloaded it and the same message about a new update popped up. I downloaded the update again and the same message popped up. I did do a factory reset on phone recently because my camera wouldnt work. (it still does not work)

Welcome to Android Central! Did you actually go through the whole installation process for these updates? You only mentioned downloading them.
