Why won't my Galaxy S6 update past 5.0.2?

Galaxy S6 won't update past 5.0.2

My phone will fully download the new update, and has multiple times, but when it powers down the phone to install, it shows a black screen that says "installing 0%" then an android character laying down with a red error symbol on top of him. Then the phone reboots and it says the system update could not be installed and was interrupted. It has done this multiple times and is starting to get very annoying. My phone is currently on Android system 5.0.2

Backup your phone and try a factory reset.
If it doesn't fix the problem you should then flash your phone through SmartSwitch or Odin.

Download the software update manually with smartswitch
