Why won't my Galaxy s6 vibrate for text messages?

My galaxy s6 has recently stopped vibrating when receiving text messages. It will vibrate for other notifications and when I get phone calls. I've checked all of the settings and I've been on the phone with at&t support and they've checked all of the settings. I've also tried safe mode and a factory reset and still nothing. Because my phone is under warranty I just received a replacement phone and now I'm have the same issue with the new phone. When I push the volume key down to vibrate it will show Ringtone

And the vibrate symbol will be next to the ringtone and notification but the notification bar is faded out gray.

I would contact AT&T again and get another replacement

I have the same exact problem. Vibrate on notifications is checked bit in grey. Can someone please help
