Why won't my Huawei Y301-a1 for Metro PCS get past the startup screen?

my huawei y301-a1 for metro pcs wont get past the startup screen

Its stuck on the metro pcs startup screen and stays like it... i hard reset my phone several times but it's still not going past the startup screen
