Why won't my keypad show on lock screen? LG D-625

[AC Question]

I can answer incoming calls and take pictures with the screen locked, but when I tap on the field to enter my PIN, nothing happens - the keypad doesn't show and I can't get into the phone. I rebooted, removed battery, SIM, all that hoo-ha and nothing...I get notifications - email, whatsapp, etc but I can't get in to retrieve anything. Help!? It's my work phone so I really need to be able to access this stuff...

Welcome to Android Central! Any chance the phone is connected to a Bluetooth keyboard nearby?

No and I can't access it when I connect it to my computer with a cable, I guess it has to be unlocked for that...is a hard reset an option?
