Why won't my LG 5 install the latest system update?

I have had my LG 5 through T-mobile for about a month now. Not too long after getting it, I got the notification that there was a new OS to update to. I updated it, it restarted, went through the whole process and just a day later it gave the notification to update again. I have maybe done it 3-4 times and it wont go away. Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! Does it show that you have that current build installed in ​Settings>About Phone?
