Why won't my mobile hotspot show up on my list of available wifi networks on Laptop and PS3?

Hey So i have a Samsung tab 4 with sprint and I recently changed the password to the hotspot from this long complicated default one to one I could remember. L Now Now befor doing this I did use the hotspot on my laptop and PS3 with the default password now when I try to use the hotspot on these devices so I can change it to the new password the network will not even come up. I really need someones help I have a paper due for My AP language and composition class at 5pm
