Why wont my moto e5 go launch after hard reset?

[Android Central Question]

I hard factory data reset my Moto e5 go, but after it rebooted it would neither go to activation screen or the home screen, and it says it will take a few minutes to set up but is stuck on that screen forever. How do I fix this?

You on good wifi? Try recovery again to factory reset.
