I encrypted my phone very recently, I'm not sure that's the reason for this but I'm guessing it is.
My Moto G4 won't take pictures, it goes to save the picture and says 'camera error - please restart camera'
It won't take screenshots, it says 'can't save screenshot due to limited storage space'
It won't download apps, music or videos. Puts up errors every time.
A screen recording app I have won't work, but Snapchat will work and it will save snaps within the app itself but not to my camera roll.
It does the exact same things in safe mode, with my SD card and SIM card taken out.
I have tried clearing the cashe, and I saw a solution to the screenshot problem which was changing the 'pictures' folder to 'pictures2' but it won't let me change folder names or add folders.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on or what to do? It's like both my SD card and internal storage has been completely corrupted since I encrypted my phone. Just to clarify I have 5GB free of internal storage and more than that free on the SD card.
