Why won't my phone connect to my car

[Android Central Question]

My SGS20 Ultra used to connect to my VW Jetta just fine. Recently, although it does connect, when I make a call, the person on the other end does not hear me, even though I can hear them just fine. Any help would be appreciated.

You connect through car's Bluetooth or Andriod Auto?
Have you tried deleting the phone from the car then pairing it again?

Do you have another phone you could pair to your car? There's a possibility that it's a problem with the microphones in the car and nothing wrong with the phone or its connection.
