Why won't my S Pen work on my phone?

S pen not work when i type *#2663# and i try update s pen now my spen not work plase help thx

I think you posted this in the wrong sub forum. Does the spen work at all when not in the diagnostics mode?
But if you have a case with magnets it can cause problems with the spen. If you know anyone with a Note you could try your spen on their phone to see if its the pen or if its your phone.
