Why won't my S4 install a specific app?

my galaxy s4 willnot install an app

ive been trying to install the my fit app on my phone over an over. I press install and it all I get is the blue run bar and nothing ever happens. ive cleaned out the phone uninstalled apps I don't use. im not sure what to do now.

Welcome to AC. Is the app compatible with your device, a good way to check is via the play store site it will tell you if the app can be installed on your GS4.
