Why won't my S4 sync?

S4 Won't Sync

Upgraded my phone to an S4 which I already had apps/photos on. After doing a backup and resetting it to activate it my old stuff won't sync. I have sync turned on and everything.

Welcome to Android Central! What are you trying to sync? Data associated with your Google apps, like Google Photos? How did you do the backup?
