why won't my S7 come out of Android recovery. it will say no command and go back to android recovery

What was the initial reason for the reset?

It sounds as if you removed the main Android partition - formatted it or something. See [Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN to reflash it. (If that's what did happen, I hope all your data is backed up, because it's all gone now.)
