Welcome to Android Central! Look for a "Lock Automatically" option. On the Tab Pro 8.4, it's in Settings>Device>Lock screen>Lock automatically. You can select how long it takes after the screen goes to sleep before it locks again. There should also be a selection for "Lock instantly with power key," which is self-explanatory.
