why wont my samsung galaxy s4 update?

I have received the update it downloads every time, however it doesnt fully update because it fails at 32% on the rebooting menu. i really dont know why its doing this.

Welcome to Android Central! Try wiping the cache partition, then do the update again. http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-5744
