Why won't my Samsung Galaxy S6 connect to my PC?

When I plug it in via USB it doesnt connect to my laptop, it won't connect to smart switch either when I try and make it do so. I have already enabled USB debugging so this shouldnt happen.

Not for nothing, but are you using the cord that came with the fast charger? My computer will not 'recognize' my phone unless I am using that cord.

yh i use the exact usb cable and still nothing :/ - maybe theres some app i have to use
