Why won't my samsung phone reinstall my backed up data from google?

I factory reset my phone last night. I backed up my contacts to google and used Easy backup app to store my text messages to my storage card. The reboot was sucessful but now I cannot sign into google, chrome, or any app associated with google. When I try it makes me sign in, which I do succesffuly and get a screen inviting me to check my security and other settings but never lets me into google, gmail, goole play store nor does it sync my contacts. I have performed the reset over and over....at least 4 times since last night. HELP!

Welcome to the forums. Do you have 2 step verification for your accounts?

Yes. I do verify it each time. Usually when i do the phone will say that the account couldn't be verified and must login online
