sony z ultra gpe wont update/ factory reset at all...
Okay so a few months back I bought a z ultra gpe and it was all going well. Then came the lolipop update, and things started to get weird. The phone would randomly shut off and crash. So I went to go do a factory reset, and it would not let me. I would go into settings, backup/ reset, click on factory reset, accept the question and then click on reset. Nothing will happen, at all. It wont reboot or try and reset, nothing. Its like I'm not being pressing the button. A couple of days ago the new update arrived and just like when try to reset it will not do anything (it'll do the countdown for it to reboot and install ) but after a minute or to it would just say there is not update. I then try and going into recovery and it shows no command. (And yes I have tried every combination of keys in order to try and display the recovery settings) I really have no idea what to do. One more thing, the phone e won't even show up on android device manager, bizarre
