Why won't my T-Mobile Galaxy S5 ring for incoming calls?

Tmobile Galaxy S5 won't ring for incoming calls

All of a sudden, I see voicemails on my phone but the S5 will not ring when someone calls. I have the volume up. Can you please help?

That's usually a carrier issue. Where are you when you miss calls, at home, work, etc. ?

It never rings anywhere. It is fairly new to me and did ring previously. I will contact the carrier and see what they say.

i just went thru that when i update to new firmware=OG6 i turn off volte phone is back to normal
