Why won't my Verizon Ellipsis turn on?

my Verizon ellipsis will not turn on

I have tried a hard reset I have tried the soft reset I get nothing its like it has no power it's charged I don't know what's wrong. no screen no power button. I have inserted the SIM card. I've tried everything.

Welcome to Android Central! Does anything happen if you press and hold the Power button for 10-15 seconds? It may be that the battery or the motherboard failed. Bring it to Verizon and see if they can help. Is it still under warranty?
