why won't my verson of the playstore not let ne play btd batles

so yeaster day I factory reset it and now it sad srry but this is not compatible with your device my sis phone works and its the same android verson I call BS

Welcome to Android Central!

Try going in to your settings, applications, all apps, find the Play Store app and clear the data. That should reset the app and could maybe fix the issue.
