Why won't my Yiboyuan universal charger work?

why wont my yiboyuan universal charger work?

I just got this a couple of days ago off of ebay along with 2 batteries for $22. just by putting the battery into the charger without plugging it in to the outlet it lights blue. what should i do?

Welcome to Android Central! Did the charger come with a manual? I'm guessing not, and even if it did, it would probably be indecipherable.

Does it actually charge the battery if you plug the charger in?

Usually charging is red and fully charged is blue, but leave it plugged in overnight and see what color it is in the morning. If it's red, they're using the opposite colors. If it's still blue, that means that the battery was fully charged to start. (Leaving it in the charger when it's fully charged won't hurt it.)

(I have 4 different "universal" chargers - none of them came with any instructions - but they all work.)

I have received two(2) units, neither of which work. Unit#1, SM-G750A battery inserted at the 20 minute remaining mark, plugged in for 2 days, 48 hours, charged to 47%, Unit#2, inserted with 40 minutes remaining time wise, again plugged in for 48 hours, arrived to 68%.

Neither unit have a RED led. The Blue led remained the whole time from start to removal from AC, 115V, the two sliding pins were positioned to battery contacts #1 and #3 on both units.

The sliding portion holding the battery worked correctly on both units.

The seller sent another unit for the first unit problem described above.

I want a working unit, please advise ASAP
