Why won't my YouTube app load videos while I'm on WiFi?

Hey, I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S10+ ... I used to have a Galaxy S8+ up until about a week ago or so. I transferred a lot of my stuff over. I had the SAME issue with my S8+ with YouTube not loading videos on the WiFi. ANY WiFi. I don't know what to do. It only works on my mobile data, but I'm usually in a spot where it doesn't work all the time. I read old posts about "disabling WIFI" or whatever but I don't see that option in my app settings.

I've already cleared my cache and data, and restarted my phone. Someone help!
