Zeepad 7drk won't download a new game when I have a new micro sd and sufficient space

Whenever I try to download something off the google play store it tells me; Error downloading. There is insufficient space on external storage. But as mentioned I have a new sd card and enough space

Welcome to Android Central! Are you sure it's saying insufficient space on external storage? That'd be pretty unusual--it usually refers to internal storage. Apps have to download and install to Internal Storage first before any portion can possibly be moved to the SD card. How much free internal storage do you have?
