Why won't my ZTE turn on?

my phone wont turn on at all on zte phone

when i charge it a orange light comes up and screen is all black also my battery wont come out so idk if its something with that

It could be a bad battery, a bad charger or cable, a bad charging port, a bad charging circuit in the phone, a bad motherboard ... there are too many possibilities to guess. Bring it to a repair shop.
